Community Connections SLS, Inc. is a supported living services agency, that was formed to support developmentally disabled adults. We foster each client so they may achieve their individual goals and become a productive member of the community. We are dedicated to assisting each client so they may live independently and safely in their own home. Community Connections works to build the support structure necessary to ensure each client has a quality life with long-term independence. Founded in 1997, Community Connections has clients throughout Napa County.
